We don't mass-produce.
Therefore refunds / exchanges are possible only on defective or damaged products.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the faulty item within 7 days.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase from Boutique DEN Official Online Store.
